Lesson Policies
1) First, I do ask that you pay for the entire month in advance.
· If, for some reason, we have to miss a lesson, I will be more than happy to find a make-up time for you or you could pay for one less lesson the next month
· My rate is $18 for a half hour lesson or $24 for a full hour lesson (some younger students benefit from shorter lessons in the beginning)
· Cash, checks or credit cards accepted ($.75 convenience fee for credit card users).
2) Please try to notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you have to miss a lesson
· However, I do realize that there are extenuating circumstances, so this is more of a guide line
3) Practicing – I can only show you how to play your instrument better, but only you can put it into practice.
· If you are just beginning, 10 minutes a day is perfect.
· As you get better and more comfortable with your instrument you will want to practice a little more each day
· Try to practice in a quiet uncluttered place with no distractions so you can concentrate on perfecting what you have learned so far
